I really doubt that those ATM machines are made to steal money, and staff are trained to repeat “I’ll find out and call you blah blah” and then did nothing, not even a call.Posted on LisaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very impatient and rude service. The woman serving me was uninterested in helping and repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking.Posted on Rainey DayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lady who helped me was lovely. However the phone calls I get are extremely annoying and unhelpful. They wouldn't serve you without recording the phone call "for training purposes". Always decline!!Posted on Michelle STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a woman in my mid forties who has just moved from Sydney to Adelaide. In Sydney, professional women of my generation are supportive of other women, positive and normally very friendly when serving customers. In Adelaide I've noticed that there are women in their 50s in customer service roles everywhere that are giving middle aged women a really, really bad name. I have experienced so many cranky, unhelpful women in Adelaide and it shocks me. The lady who served me at this bank was a perfect example. She wouldn't let me speak without talking over me. It was so bad I would have laughed if I didn't need an answer to a serious question about my home loan. To the cranky middle aged women of Adelaide.... pull your socks up! You're giving us a bad namePosted on William ThamesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Waited 15 mins no one came to triage or ask what I was after, there is nothing printed on the website or waiting area to say there is no teller and you won’t be served. Truly bad service.Posted on Joy Tayo AbrahamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ANZ has been an excellent bank. I am so pleased with their services especially the team at this branch. Special thanks goes to Rohit, Alex and Hannah for handling all of our mortgages and accounts with such professionalism and dedication. Absolute best!Posted on Johnny RomeoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m not one to write a review, but ANZ bank are a joke. Twice now I have deposited money at the self deposit ATM and twice it has taken my money without giving a receipt in return! The first time this happen I deposited cash. It was returned to me 3 weeks later. The second time this happened which is going in 4 weeks now I am yet to receive my money back. I have just received a call from ANZ King William and they have informed me they have no missing money deposited into the ATM. Savings accumulated for my daughter have just been taken from me from the bank. I was promised call backs on multiple occasions the on each of the days I called. Staff failed to give me updates on the dates they promised. I will definitely not recommend this service or bank.Posted on Holl TTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was greeted by a lovely teller who was able to assist me with a cheque. Unsure what his name was, but he was a delight to be served by! Thank you to whoever served me at King William Street branch at the first desk to the right of the store.Posted on Steve SimmonsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were served by Joanna C yesterday the absolutely best service I’ve received from a bank in many years, she is an absolutely a valuable asset to the ANZ and the single reason we will have further dealings with the ANZ in the future. Thank you so much Joanna for your extremely efficient and professional service you were a breath of fresh air when I thought customer serviced was dead and buried in Australia, very well done!Load more
